Since our BIC service representatives have recently been asked by several of their customers for help in updating the NYS DOH Cooling Tower Registration and Reporting Page we have arranged a short informational “how to” meeting with representatives of the NYS Department of Health.

The Niagara and Erie County DOH has agreed to provide a demonstration on what fields to fill in and how to remain in compliance with the mandate.

All BIC service representatives will be available for any questions you may have.

This is strictly a “how to” meeting along with a short informational question and answer time for our customers.

When: August 18, 2017 at 8:00am (we expect this to last approximately 1-2 hours)

Cost: There is no charge to attend. Continental Breakfast will be provided.
